Returns policy

The return request shall be submitted within a period not exceeding 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

The return request is raised through the direct chat service that appears at the bottom of the website screen.

- A return request will not be accepted if the customer destroys the product carton or packaging.

The returned product (which is to be returned) must be complete, undamaged and unused.

The return request is processed within 5-7 official working days.

- The delivery employee has the right to check the returned product before receiving it from the customer.

- The delivery employee has the right to refuse to receive the returned product in the event that the customer causes a defect in the product due to misuse.

- The company has the right to reject the return request in case it violates the return policy.
